You are also more than welcome to book your free consultation to assist you in your decision process- having a greater understanding of your needs and aspirations will enhance our recommendations to maximise your success at the Academy.
You will be asked to complete an enrolment form. Payment is required for enrolment.
Remember to ask us what to wear for your first lesson and remember it is normal to feel nervous for your first lesson. Don't worry, you will soon build up a network of Life & Soul friends and you can relax after classes in our juice bar if you wish.
Ask any questions after the class and we will be happy to help. We look forward to seeing you at the Academy. Classes are booked on a first come, first served basis. Don't miss your chance to shine! (Life & Soul Academy reserve the right to refuse applications)
